Self-discipline is doing what needs to be done whether or not you feel like it. When you don’t feel like doing something and you do it anyway, you move closer to where you want to be. Thus you always feel better. Ironically, we often put off doing something because we believe it will be painful to do.
Write down things you should (need to) do that you have been putting off.
Why have you been putting these things off? (Be totally honest with yourself. It might be because you are lazy, disorganized, fearful, unfocused, afraid of failing, etc).
Write down at least one thing from your list that you will do this week?
